GETTING STARTED
So this week has not been the easiest. It has been really hard for me to let go of the cravings for all kinds of foods and to also let go of some of the foods I love. The exercising has been the most hardest part of all. Tuesday I did 20 Minutes of walking and by the time I quit I was covered in sweat and felt like I was going to pass out. Yesterday I did some Knee Lunges, Squats with dumbbells and 9 Minutes of walking. My legs are so sore from all that yesterday, I must have overdone it. So far Today I have done 12 Minutes And 10 Seconds of walking And I would have done more but, My back was aching, My legs were just too sore to walk another step. I hope to be able to go outside this evening and do 18 Minutes Of Walking to get to my 30 Minute Exercise Goal. I have also been working really hard to keep my Caloric Intake to under 2,000 but, making sure I eat enough to not starve myself. The Adipex Pill is making me forget about food and Giving me tons of Energy And I dont sleep past 8AM anymore. I have never felt as good as I have this week and I hope by the time I come off of Adipex that I have new found Healthy Lifestyle, Exercising Everyday And NOT OVER SLEEPING which for me is past 9AM. I also hope in 3 Months that I am under 300 pounds, which I have not been at in years. Next month I am going to buy healthier foods for me to eat.
