So I just finished walk number 2 about 10-20 minutes ago. I got in 18.47 Minutes but, I rounded it up to 19 Minutes. I had to walk slower or I would feel a lot of soreness from my legs. I think I really did good today. 31 Minutes in one day is so wonderful and I am so proud of myself. I also did 60 Dumbbell Squats A few hours ago. I dont have a scale at home and my doctor offered to let me come in weekly and be weighed but, I dont know if I want to, I want to wait till the end of the month but, in a way I want to know if everything I am doing is helping. So what would you guys do???? Well thats all for now I am going to go lay down and play a game and rest my sore shoulders and my sore Legs which really the soreness is almost at my feet,,,,And boy are they talking to me lol.
